Professional Responsibility for Legal Services Lawyers – New Lessons – New Landscapes

Download from iTunes here or stream it on the web here.

This three hour training on professional responsibility will look at three primary areas of legal services practice – limited scope representation, group representation and the unique ethical issues that come up when working with non-lawyer professionals such as social workers, case managers and physicians. The material will be suitable for new lawyers, as well as more experienced advocates whose work is affected by newer models of service. There will be an opportunity to examine case problems and ask questions of the panelists.
