2.16.21 NYS Unified Court System Publishes Virtual Bench Trial Protocols and Procedures, a guide which “demystifies the proceedings and presents a simple and practical roadmap to conducting a Virtual Bench Trial” and “informs all participants on what to expect.” Although the protocols are generally applicable to all types of virtual bench trials in the various courts throughout New York State, it is contemplated that each Court will make adaptations based on their specific needs, requirements and concerns.
