NYC Bar hones in on building emissions law
The New York City Bar Association is preparing attorneys set to deal with new building emissions standards included in New York City’s Climate Mobilization Act. The legislation sets limits on greenhouse gas emissions from both commercial and residential buildings larger than 25,000 square feet starting in 2024. A panel of experts will discuss the new measures during a virtual 1.5 credit CLE on Feb. 10.
