6.23.20 SDNY District Court, Notice to Pro Se Litigants. Due to the pandemic, the court is experiencing delays in opening and scanning documents received by mail, filing those documents on the court’s electronic case filing (ECF) system, and mailing orders of the court through the U.S. Post Office. For pro se litigants who rely on the mail to send and receive documents, the court advises that litigants can (1) email documents to the court for filing; and (2) receive email notification when documents are filed in the case.
