Nicole Addimando returns to court seeking to be sentenced under new law
“Applicants would have to demonstrate eligibility by providing two forms of evidence establishing that he or she was a victim of domestic violence at the time of the offense, that the abuse was a significant contributing factor in the crime, and that the regular sentence for the crime would be unduly harsh, according to the New York City Bar Association.”
