New York Playbook: City Bar Files Amicus Brief in Rikers Case
The New York City Bar Association has filed an amicus brief in support of a case in federal appeals court in Manhattan seeking to overturn a lower court’s denial of class status to women alleging they were sexually abused by correction officers while they were inmates at Rikers Island.
