New York City Bar Supports Access to Civil Counsel, JCOPE Overhaul in 2022 Legislative Agenda
The New York City Bar Association on Wednesday released its 2022 state legislative agenda, which took into account the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on the state as it called for continued funding for civil legal services, criminal justice reforms and changes to the structure of the courts, among other issues.
