Lev Parnas accuses AG William Barr of conflict of interest, seeks special prosecutor

Citing the whistleblower complaint that was prompted by the Trump-Zelensky call, the letter argued that the whistleblower personally named Barr “as a participant in the President’s abuse of the power of his office.” Additionally, the letter cited calls for Barr’s recusal by the New York City Bar Association and by Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee, as well as professional links between Barr and Giuliani — the Trump personal attorney whom Parnas aided in seeking damaging information in Ukraine about Biden’s family.
