Law Beat: Critics say commercial law can’t apply for all NYS civil cases
Court system counsel John W. McConnell put the committee’s recommendations up for public comment on the court system’s website. Committees with NYSBA, the New York City Bar Association and other groups commented until the period for input ended in January 2019.
