Executive Pay: Kenneth Feinberg and Leading Practitioners Address Lessons Learned From the Past and Best Practices for the Future

Kenneth Feinberg, the Obama Administration’s Pay Czar, will be the keynote speaker at this event, providing his perspective on the lessons learned about executive pay practices. He will discuss the reasoning behind, and impact of, his most significant decisions and recommendations as Special Master for Compensation of the U.S. Treasury Department. A panel of leading private practitioners will join Mr. Feinberg and discuss the Dodd-Frank Act and the impact that Congressional oversight, today’s governance and regulatory environment, and globalization may have on executive pay generally. The panel will address the effect of Mr. Feinberg’s decisions and recommendations, and the best practices and emerging trends in the development of individual compensation agreements and the design of company-wide pay practices.
