Inside DC Bar’s New Guidance On Multiple Representation
The New York City Bar expressly approved of this practice in a detailed 2016 opinion: ‘It is not uncommon for a lawyer representing a party in a litigation also to represent one or more non-party witnesses at their depositions.’
