Based in New York, Byrwa said privacy programs should have three ‘guardrails’: policy, technical and cultural, with the third being very important. ‘Don’t let M&A and growth activity erode the guardrails you build,’ she said in a New York City Bar Association webinar Friday on privacy and data security law.
