Declaring a State Disaster Emergency effective December 17, 2020 within the territorial boundaries of the counties of Albany, Broome, Chenango, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Montgomery, Orange, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Tioga, Ulster, Washington, and contiguous counties.
