Former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman Reinstated to Practice in New York
The Manhattan-based Appellate Division, First Department issued a short motion on Tuesday to reinstate Schneiderman, in which the court ordered him to continue with counseling that is supervised by the New York City Bar Association’s Lawyer Assistance Program.
