Fordham Law’s Fashion Degrees Reflect Industry Growth
A growing number of law schools are offering instruction in the field, including University at Buffalo Law School, the New York Law School and the New York University’s Law and Business Specialization. Earlier this year, the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law launched the Fashion, Arts, Media and Entertainment, or FAME Center that offers courses in fashion law. Additionally, a growing number of practitioners are specializing in the field. In 2011, both the New York City Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association formed committees on fashion law.
