Extension of Certain Executive Orders through August 5

7.6.20 Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.48, with certain specified exceptions as they relate to, e.g., criminal procedure law, residential tenants, and parts of the state that are in Phases 3 and 4, extends ​specified prior executive orders, modifications, suspensions and tolling orders for another 30 days, through August 5.  Read the EO here.
