This panel explored  what ending mass incarceration in New York would look like. With new leadership in the city and state, which reforms should be prioritized? How can reforms be implemented? What are the roadblocks to reform? How can these roadblocks be overcome? The  panelists discuss how we can be most effective in reaching the goal of ending mass incarceration, including discussing the reforms suggested by the Mass Incarceration  Task Force’s report, “A Pathway Out of Mass Incarceration and Towards a New Criminal Justice System.”
