De Blasio’s Housing Plans Coming to City Council in Early February
Recently, real estate executives and attorneys have questioned the efficacy of the mandatory housing policy without the 421-a tax break, which expired this month. The New York City Bar Association this week asked the administration to stall plans for MIH until a decision is made on whether to reinstate 421-a in Albany.
