David Boies on “Protecting the Rule of Law”

On January 23, 2019, David Boies, Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, delivered the keynote address at the New York City Bar Association’s 7th Annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute. Boies was introduced by George T. Conway, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, who was introduced by Program Co-Chair Gregory A. Markel, Seyfarth Shaw LLP. The institute provided a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation, regulation and enforcement. Boies’s remarks addressed challenges specific to securities litigation and more generally.
