10.5.20 Governor’s Executive Order No. 202.67.“Continuing Temporary Suspension and Modification of Laws Relating to the Disaster Emergency” – Extending the March 7 declaration of the State Disaster Emergency and specified prior Executive Orders (including those tolling the statute of limitations for filings, etc.) until November 3. The order also addresses the suspension and modification of Section 30.30 of the criminal procedure law, including for felony charges entered in the counties of New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, and Richmond.
