City Bar Testifies in Albany on Judiciary Budget

On February 9th, City Bar President Sam Seymour provided testimony before the New York State Assembly Ways and Means and Senate Finance Committees in support of the Judiciary’s proposed 2011-12 budget and its inclusion of $25 million in funding for civil legal services representation.
