On Thursday, Vsevlod Kniaziev, the president and chief justice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and a friend of Walker’s, will discuss the challenges that Ukraine’s courts and its legal system as a whole face in maintaining the rule of law during wartime at the New York City Bar Association.
