Addressing legal rights and responsibilities with respect to art, culture, media, entertainment and intellectual property, including copyright and trademark issues, art authentication, social media and privacy concerns and issues of interest and concern to the television, film and music industries.

The City Bar’s committees on media, arts and intellectual property focus on issues of interest and concern to legal practitioners and their clients in the art, music, entertainment, literary property, information technology and cyber law industries. Areas of particular focus include laws that impact the art world, trademark and copyright law, media publications, the entertainment industry, patents and various aspects of information technology, social media, open source software and beyond.
