Children & Family

Addressing issues affecting children and families, including education, protection and vindication of the rights of victims of domestic violence, and juvenile justice.

The City Bar’s policy work related to children and families focuses on issues dealing with children, education, family, family court, juvenile justice, and the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth. Our positions represent the perspectives of the matrimonial bar, child welfare and foster care communities, and attorneys representing parents and children.
