Senate Confirms Garcia to Court of Appeals
Michael Garcia was confirmed to the Court of Appeals Monday by the New York state Senate in a unanimous voice vote, becoming the first Hispanic man to sit on the state’s highest court….The New York City Bar Association also gave Garcia its top recommendation.
