“The City Bar Fund of the New York City Bar has elected Robert Cusumano as its new chair. He is currently the executive director of the Legal Horizons Foundation, after serving as global general counsel of the ACE Group, and as a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Six new board members were also elected: Ricardo Anzaldua, executive vice president and general counsel, MetLife; Jay Holtmeier, partner, WilmerHale; Lisa Koenig, partner, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy; Soo-Mi Lee, managing director, global head of regulatory affairs, Morgan Stanley; David Levine, general counsel, Bloomberg; and Audra Soloway, partner, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.”
