“The panel, titled ‘Recurring Ethics Issues: The Judicial Perspective,’ was part of the annual American Bar Association meeting and conference, which kicked off Tuesday in New York. The panel was hosted by the New York City Bar Association at the bar’s midtown headquarters, as part of the ABA’s new CLE in the City series. The panel, moderated by Christopher Dysard of Spears & Imes LLP and Gabrielle Friedman of Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP, also included U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield of New York’s Southern District.”
