Karl Florida of Thomson-Reuters and New York City Bar President Debra Raskin Tuesday cut the ribbon in a dedication of the City Bar’s new library lounge. The lounge allows members and guests to talk and make phone calls without disturbing other users of the library. Thomson-Reuters contributed to its construction.
