Four Court Employees To Receive Botein Awards 

Presiding Justice Dianne T. Renwick of the Appellate Division, First Department has announced that the following four employees of the First Judicial Department have been selected to receive the 2024 Bernard Botein Award for outstanding contributions to the administration of justice: Rosa Aguirre, Resource Coordinator, Criminal Court, Bronx County; Ivy Perry, Management Analyst, Criminal Term, Bronx Supreme Court; Michelle Smith, Chief of Staff, Office for Justice Initiatives 

Margaret O. Sowah, Deputy Clerk of the Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department. The awards will be presented on Monday, March 25 at 5 p.m. at the New York City Bar Association, 42 W. 44th St. The awards are presented annually in memory of former Presiding Justice Bernard Botein of the Appellate Division, First Department.
