City Bar Panel to Debate Potential Ethics Requirements for SCOTUS 

‘The Supreme Court, as I understand it, is at an all-time low in terms of public support,’ said Michael Cardozo, a retired Proskauer Rose partner and a former New York City Corporation Counsel. ‘Will they react to that type of pressure and say, “All right, we’ve got to step up and do something about this?” God knows.’… He will moderate a virtual panel discussion on Thursday, hosted by the New York City Bar Association, intended to foster debate over that very issue.
