The Co-op and Condo Mediation Project is designed to settle residential disagreements at less cost than courthouse litigation. This program offers an impartial mediator from a pre-approved group of mediators to help resolve the dispute as quickly as possible. This project is an option when all parties involved agree to mediate the dispute. The dispute can involve owners, renters, sponsors, boards of directors, managing agents, contractors, insurers and others who may be involved in the dispute.
