Entertainment Committee

The Entertainment Committee produces and performs entertainment and cultural events at the Association, including the well known “Twelfth Night,” a tradition at the City Bar for more than 70 years. Twelfth Night is an original musical comedy honoring a prominent member of the bench or bar performed every other year on a Friday night in early January in the Great Hall. The Committee also performs original plays and musicals covering various legal themes, and presents other events at the Association such as Gilbert & Sullivan concerts by The Blue Hill Troupe, Karaoke Nights, musicales, and Talent Nights. The Committee welcomes new members who are interested in performing or would like to assist with the writing and production of the Committee’s events.

The 2026 Twelfth Night production, “Best in Class: Saint Gerard of Ridgewood,” honored Second Circuit Judge Gerard E. Lynch.
