Go through a year-end checklist for your trust account to ensure you are in compliance with New York trust requirements. We will cover common mistakes that attorneys face with their trust account. This will include real world examples to better highlight when and how attorneys make trust mistakes. We will walkthrough a year-end checklist that you can use in reviewing your trust account to make sure you are meeting New York trust requirements and following trust accounting best practices. This course is designed to give you real case studies to help you relate and understand improvement areas that you can make with safeguarding funds held in your trust account.
