(Webinar) The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Immigrant and Undocumented Community

  • This program will consist of a panel discussion addressing the unique issues encountered by undocumented immigrants during the COVID-19 pandemic. The panelists will address legal issues that the undocumented community is facing and discuss best practices and legal options that may be available to them. The discussion will also address ways to collaborate across disciplines to provide comprehensive support and representation to the undocumented population during this unprecedented time. Furthermore, the program will discuss the rights that undocumented persons have and explore the intersection of these rights in different practice areas such as criminal law, housing law, and employment law and consider how to best help undocumented individuals navigate the complex impact of COVID-19.
