  • This panel presentation will provide an overview of the basics of loans backed by artwork as collateral. The panel will feature experienced practitioners who will discuss the legal nuts and bolts of art financing transactions from the beginning of a potential deal through the term sheet and deal documents. Participants will learn the main legal issues in representing a client in an art financing transaction as well as the commercial and practical considerations.
