The COVID-19 pandemic has precipitated an exponential growth in the provision of medical care via telehealth, ushered in by rapid changes in state and federal policies, including licensure laws, reimbursement policies, and privacy rules. This panel will present distinguished speakers who will address these rapid changes and the legal implications from various perspectives.
