  • This CLE will provide a conceptual framework for understanding restorative justice/practices, and access to justice; give practitioners insight into how restorative practices work within different legal and administrative settings; and, examine where there might be overlap between access to justice and restorative practices in our court system today.

    • How does restorative practice work in various settings, including the courts?
    • How does restorative practice achieve access to justice?
    • How can ADR techniques benefit restorative practice and how can restorative practice techniques benefit ADR?
