  • This CLE program focuses on the procedural aspects of appellate practice across all four departments of the Appellate Division in New York. Attendees will learn the methods for noticing and perfecting appeals in the Appellate Division under the Statewide Practice Rules enacted in 2018, including appeals requiring electronic filing and individual department rules. We will cover modifications and adjustments currently implemented in the Appellate Division regarding COVID-19.
