The Uniform Trial Court Rules recently were amended to apply several rules that had applied only to practice in the Commercial Division to all Supreme and County Courts. An expert panel will discuss those rules, how they have been implemented and interpreted in the Commercial Division and how they will affect practice in the parts to which they now apply.
