  • A great actress once said “Everything I learned, I learned from the movies.” Fortunately she was not a lawyer. Some of our favorite and unforgettable movie characters over the years have been lawyers. These characters have made us laugh, cry, and inspired us to do great things. But sometimes what we learn from the big screen may not fly in the real-world where the Rules of Professional Conduct govern lawyers’ conduct. Join us for a fun-filled program where we will explore some of the ethics issues that arise in lawyer movies including the duties of candor, competence, and the unauthorized practice of law.

    Program Fee:
    $129 for Members | $229 for Nonmembers

Members who are Law Students, Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2019-2021), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, and attorney members who practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
