This program will focus on the implications of recent regulatory actions related to ransomware and cryptocurrency risks, including the recent OFAC designation of cryptocurrency exchange SUEX OTC, S.R.O. An expert panel will address the issue from different perspectives, including a regulator perspective, a law enforcement perspective, a law firm investigating a ransomware case, and the perspective of a cryptocurrency firm.
