This program will address estate planning with retirement benefits in light of the SECURE Act. The program will first examine in depth the transformational rules that now apply to inherited retirement plan benefits (including individual retirement accounts [IRAs]. The program will thereafter address how our clients should now plan in the face of these new rules, including through the use of conduit trusts and accumulation trusts, as well as through charitable remainder trusts.
