(Webcast) Current Issues in Public Corruption Law

  • The program will provide an overview of current issues in public corruption law. Panelists will discuss practice issues relating prosecuting and defending federal and state public corruption cases. The program will also include a discussion of the line of Supreme Court decisions narrowing the scope of federal anti-corruption laws, potential legislative fixes to the these federal laws, and alternatives to criminal prosecution for Bridgegate-like misconduct.

    Program Fee:
    $149 for Members | $249 for Nonmembers
    Small Law Firm: $79 for Members

    Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2018-2020), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, or attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
