  • The program will provide a summary overview of intersectionality analysis framework applied to feminism as focused on race and gender, in the legal profession. The panel will discuss recent data and publications illustrating the experiences by women of color in spaces aimed to address diversity and inclusion within the legal field. The program will also identify roadblocks towards implementing an intersectional feminism approach in the legal profession, as well as practical ways to effect change to remove roadblocks.
