  • The New York State Unified Court System has adopted a virtual platform for e-filing, conferences and virtual courts during the pandemic. It has also transitioned to Microsoft Teams as the standard for internal and external videoconferencing calls and virtual court hearings. Learn from court personnel on how to use Teams and all of its features. This program will cover what devices you will need to participate, what you need to do before joining a Teams meeting, and what you need to know to handle virtual chamber conferences, motion arguments, and virtual courts. The training will also cover Alternative Dispute Resolution conferences. The CLE also will include training on e-filing with the NYS Courts’ Electronic (NYSCEF) system and a review of EDDS, the court’s electronic document delivery system. This is a must attend for any litigator wishing to keep up to date with the court’s electronic systems.

    Program Fee:
