This annual program will examine the most significant aspects of the term in detail. A panel of highly prominent and highly knowledgeable professional, academic and judicial speakers will discuss the Court’s most consequential decisions, analyze the implications for future developments and look ahead to the October 2020 and future terms. The panel’s discussion will consider significant areas of law, such as:
- Free Speech and Religion
- Federalism
- Civil Rights & Equal Protection
- Criminal Law
- Administrative Law and Separation of Powers
- The Shadow Docket: Pandemic and Death Penalty Orders
Program Fee: $119 for Members | $219 for Nonmembers
Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2018-2020), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, or attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
