  • Short but mighty at just 37 words long, Title IX’s outsized impact on the landscape of education law practice is hard to overstate. Title IX regulations have changed dramatically over the past ten years with swings of the political pendulum. Leading Title IX experts and practitioners will discuss the current state of the law and the impact of recent changes on how schools ensure equal access to education regardless of sex. This CLE will break down complex concepts in federal regulations and their intersection with state and local laws, focusing on responses to sexual harassment complaints and accompanying litigation.
