Domestic violence has been on the rise since the shutdown orders went into effect across the country. During this webinar we will address the unique challenges the pandemic has created for victims of abuse, discuss safe ways for you to speak with clients seeking protective orders, walk you through the process for filing and obtaining temporary orders of protection, and outline next steps until the courts re-open. We will also briefly touch upon the related issues of custody, visitation, and support filings.
