  • Confused about Appellate Division e-filing? Which appeals must be e-filed? Do you know which formatting rules are changing and which are staying the same? Which rules are the same in all four Departments of the Appellate Division now? You don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to have your appellate questions answered.

Michael Kestan, AppealTech President leads a panel discussion regarding the recent and upcoming rule changes in the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. The panel will include Susanna Rojas, Clerk of the Court for the First Department; April Agostino, Clerk of the Court for the Second Department; and AppealTech Senior Appellate Counsel Jacquelyn Mouquin.

The panel will address how the recently implemented Uniform E-filing Rules of the Appellate Division and how the upcoming procedural Uniform Rules of the Appellate Division have impacted all four Departments. The panel will address how the e-filing and uniform rules have and will impact practice and brief-writing. A question and answer period will be included.
