This program will serve as a practical walkthrough for three different types of licensing agreements practitioners should be familiar with. Presenters will walk through the anatomy of (1) a software license; (2) an influencer deal; and (3) a content license, such as a music synch, lyrics, or visual arts license.
Speakers will include a panel of top licensing practitioners at firms and in-house at corporations and consulting companies, with backgrounds in intellectual property including branding, technology, digital rights, and social media.
